Seas the Connection is a community-based support organization based in Tampa Bay where ALL mothers of adoptive and foster children are welcome . They seek to serve fellow foster and adoptive moms by providing respite retreats in the Tampa Bay area. This year they have expanded to add an Ohio retreat!
